Terrace Cafe Banquet Information

•  Food and Beverage minimum purchases are required to reserve the Palm room. (minimums vary depending on date and time of event)

•  A $500.00 deposit for our Palm Room or a $100.00 deposit for our Veranda Room is required to secure a date. Deposits will be refunded if written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the event. The estimated balance of your event will be due 10 days prior to the event. Final payment will be collected at the conclusion of your event.

•  A 20% taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to all food and beverage, corkage and cake cutting fees. Service charges are taxable in California

•  The Palm Room accommodates 120 people, the Veranda Room accommodates 32 people.

•  A Room Rental fee of $500.00 will apply when minimums are not met to use the Palm room.

•  A minimum of 20 people is required to reserve the Veranda Room. The room may be reserved for less with a $150.00 room rental.

•  Additional Security Deposit and Agreement may be required to reserve event space.

•  Cake cutting fee - $3.00 per person. Fee will be waived if party declines dessert included with Banquet menu.

•  Dance floor setup charge - $75.00, Wireless Microphone - $25.00, LCD Projector and Screen - $150.00. (available in Palm Room only)

•  Corkage fees - 750ml $15.00 each bottle or 1.5L $30.00 each bottle.

•  You may have a maximum of 2 menu selections, however you are charged for the highest priced entrée for both selections. Guaranteed number of guests and entrée selection is due 72 hours prior to function.

•  Final menu selections are due 21 days prior to function.

•  Terrace Café does not allow food brought in by others to be served. Remaining food from buffets are not allowed to go home with guest, due to health department laws.

•  Hosted and No Hosted Bars can be arranged. If cocktail receipts do not total $400.00, then a $150.00 Bartender Fee will apply. No minimum for Beer and Wine service.

•  Events are scheduled for four hours; additional time may be arranged for $150.00 per hour. All events must conclude by Midnight.

•  White linens are included at no extra charge; other colors are available for an additional charge.

•  Terrace Café allows access to facilities no more than 1 hour prior to event start time. (Including DJ’s, Florists and Bakers, etc.

•  Volume limits on DJ’s and bands will be enforced.
